Role Overview
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join a distributed technology team supporting enterprise CRM operations. This role owns the day-to-day health of a complex Salesforce org, including RCA/CPQ configuration, automation, and cross-functional support for Sales, Finance, and IT stakeholders in a remote, cross-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment: user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data integrity.
Build and optimize Flows, validation rules, formulas, and approval processes.
Configure Salesforce RCA/CPQ: product bundles, pricing rules, quote templates, and guided selling.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce configurations following platform best practices.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to support CRM processes and enhancements.
Conduct impact analysis for new features and integrations.
Support data migrations, imports, and exports (Data Loader, Workbench).
Support system integration initiatives, including testing and user adoption.
Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues.
Document configurations, customizations, and processes.
Requirements Must-Have
6–8 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
Proficiency in Salesforce RCA and CPQ configuration, quoting processes, and customizations.
Strong hands-on experience with Flow Builder, formulas, validation rules, and declarative automation.
Solid understanding of standard/custom objects, the security model, and reporting.
Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, and other native Salesforce tools.
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201).
Advanced English (C1) - required for daily written and verbal communication with US-based, cross-cultural teams.
Self-driven and comfortable owning your workload independently in a remote setup.
Highly Valued
Revenue Cloud Advanced and/or CPQ Certifications.
