About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with experience in SaaS companies to join our fast-growing team. You’ll be responsible for driving outbound prospecting, building a strong sales pipeline, and booking high-quality meetings with decision-makers. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, are skilled in SaaS sales processes, and excel at outreach strategies that convert, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Proactively identify, research, and connect with decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.
Craft and execute high-impact sequences (emails, calls, LinkedIn) tailored to SaaS target audiences.
Use Apollo to build prospect lists and deliver precise outreach campaigns.

Maintain activity goals:
200–300 cold calls/emails per week
60–80 thoroughly researched leads per week
25–30 qualified meetings booked per month
Manage pipeline and reporting in HubSpot CRM.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and align with ICPs.
Continuously analyze and optimize outreach sequences to improve engagement.
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years of SDR experience or similar role in SaaS companies.
Proven success meeting quotas and booking qualified meetings.
Proficiency with Apollo (prospecting) and HubSpot CRM (pipeline management).
Strong cold-calling and written communication skills.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand client pain points.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding KPIs.
